For a long time, Ravebo B.V. has been supplying sensors and measurement systems from LSI-Lastem for monitoring indoor and outdoor environments. They develop and manufacture data loggers and sensors for weather stations and indoor climate measurements, among other applications.

Data Logging

A good data logger should primarily be able to store and process a variety of analog and digital inputs. Additionally, having flexibility in outputs is useful, allowing the logger to be seamlessly integrated into existing or newly established systems.

LSI-Lastem data loggers come with comprehensive configuration software and are available with various numbers of inputs and outputs. For specific applications, custom software packages are optionally available. For example, software can be provided for post-processing data on thermal indoor climate for determining various indices. Another software application is available for collecting and implementing data regarding wind conditions at different locations on a site.

E-log & M-log

E-log

The E-log is the simplest data logger in the range. It is essentially a universal 12-input logger (8 analog, 4 digital), with the flexibility to expand the number of inputs and add Modbus RTU protocol output. Special software applications are also available.

M-log

The M-log is the "Mini" version of the E-log. The unit is equipped with 4 analog inputs, 1 digital input, and 1 RS232 input. Due to its compact size, the logger is ideal for indoor applications and for discontinuous applications where the measurement setup is frequently moved.

Alphalog

Powerful Data Logger

The Alpha-log is the most powerful data logger from LSI-Lastem. The logger features an integrated Linux PC. Data storage, processing, and communication are controlled by the Linux operating system. This data logger includes an internal web server. Using any internet browser, it is possible to request data or download information. The system can be simultaneously connected to two communication devices, automatically selecting the one with the best signal. Possible communication devices include: 3G and 4G modems, 3G-4G routers, Ethernet/WiFi, and satellite. Various digital data communication protocols are available: Modbus RTU/TCP data, FTP (client/server), SFTP, SMTP, SAP, MQTT, HTTP, RMAP.

The Alpha data logger is compact in size with a limited number of inputs. The logger can be expanded with extension modules, each providing 8 analog and 4 digital inputs. In total, the Alpha-log can process up to 200 inputs in this way.

The Alpha-log is the ideal solution when data from a measurement system needs to be easily and reliably accessed remotely, and when users need to be notified of alarms via SMS, email, or MQTT server.

Indoor climate monitoring can involve measuring and recording individual parameters, but also standardized measurements and determination of various climate indices according to applicable ISO standards. This includes measurements for cold, heat, and comfort. The trend towards stationary monitoring is increasing.
