Certified CEMS in a Mobile Monitoring Container
Customer-Specific Application
A CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) is typically a certified monitoring solution installed at a fixed location near the emission point of a facility. For a customer-specific project, we designed a system with a certified CEMS integrated in a mobile monitoring container, including a custom ATEX certified sampling system featuring a heated probe and heated sampling line.
Minimal Pressure Drop
The suction tube is made of Khantal. The filter housing includes a high surface area filter designed to ensure minimal pressure drop and extended replacement intervals. The heated sampling hose measures 30 meters and is protected with a rugged outer jacket.
Continuous Detection
The analyzer cabinet is installed inside the monitoring container. For additional safety, the container is equipped with continuous oxygen detection. In the event of a nitrogen leak, personnel are promptly alerted to the risk of oxygen displacement.
The entire system was custom-built, fully installed, and delivered by Lechler Process Technology BV.
