Lechler Process Technology BV manufactures custom air sampling pump systems for applications such as gas sampling over filters, absorption material, or absorption liquids. Based on the operating conditions, desired flow rates and accuracy, we can advise a suitable standard product or design a completely custom system. We have experience in emission sampling and product emission testing under standardized laboratory conditions.

In-House Engineering & Workshop

We design in-house and manufacture in our own workshops the following systems:

• Practical rack systems with robust pumps, adjustable flow meters, volume meters and drying columns for gas sampling from process or emission streams;
• Compact stationary pump systems with constant flow regulation;
• Fully automatic heated pump systems with integrated control and programming.
