CEMS II e
Continuous Emission Monitoring System
A Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for continuously recording emission concentrations online. The CEMS II e is a 19” analyzer cabinet equipped with an industrial computer, a heated sampling system, and a heated FTIR analyzer. Optionally, the system can be expanded with an FID analyzer and an oxygen analyzer. The CEMS II e is TUV certified (QAL1) for emission measurements of 13 different gases! This CEMS provides real insight into FTIR analysis. This offers the advantage of identifying unknown components, as well as enabling quantitative analysis of other components of interest. Without any hardware modifications, the system can easily be expanded to monitor additional components. When purchasing a CEMS, we include the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and commissioning as standard. If desired, we can also carry out the complete installation.
GT6000 Mobilis
Certified Portable Analyzer
A compact, fully equipped FTIR analyzer with pump system, suitable for periodic on-site emission measurements, is the GT6000 Mobilis. This FTIR analyzer is the only QAL1-certified portable analyzer for emission measurements. Optionally, an oxygen analyzer can be integrated into the sampling system. The system is EN15267-4 certified for 11 different components! The GT6000 and the PSS (Portable Sampling System) are heated to keep the gas flow above the dew point both before and during analysis. This is an ideal mobile gas analysis system for a wide range of process, emission, and R&D applications. The GT6000 Mobilis is operated via a Windows laptop or tablet using Calcmet software.
DX4015
Portable FTIR Analyzer
The DX4015 is a portable FTIR analyzer with a built-in sampling pump for mobile applications in ambient air. The temperature in the measurement cell is 50 °C, making the unit suitable for measurements in humid environmental conditions. An ideal instrument for multi-gas analysis in ambient or atmospheric conditions. This model is also operated via a PC using Calcmet software. Real-time measurement results can be obtained directly, and post-processing can be applied to the recorded spectra.
