About Us
At Ravebo, we have our own workshops and in-house testing facilities. We work with various equipment brands and offer extensive possibilities.
Our well-equipped workshops handle construction, welding, and assembly tasks for custom process installations and small series. Custom installations are managed on a project basis, with our design engineers translating 3D models from the engineering department using Autodesk Inventor into production drawings in collaboration with our production department. Stress analyses can also be performed.
In addition to building new installations, we also carry out renovation and optimization of process systems, often executed during shutdown periods on customer sites.
For small series and product improvement, we have a fully equipped construction workshop, including a lathe, press brake, roller, and profile bender, enabling us to respond quickly and effectively to customer-specific requirements.
In our welding shop, we use Fronius welding equipment and various welding techniques, including MIG/MAG and TIG. We primarily process stainless steel, such as AISI 304 and 316, used in our installations and systems.
Our systems and installations can be fully delivered with valves, instrumentation, control cabinets, and PLC control. We use renowned brands such as KSB, Eriks, Endress+Hauser, Rittal, Phoenix, and Siemens.
The motor and instrumentation list is prepared in consultation with the client, and our engineers use EPLAN software for cable selection, drafting electrical schematics, and designing the layout of the control cabinets.
Control panels and cabinets are assembled, wired, and tested in our panel building department, using ergonomic, height-adjustable workbenches.
For a well-functioning control system, our engineers prepare a functional description in consultation with the client. This is then translated by our programmers, who typically work with PLC systems from Siemens, among others. Bus/network technologies can be used to control and/or read out components.
We can also integrate process analyzers to control the systems. These can be configured and assembled by our engineers and installed directly on the process installation or mounted on a custom skid. Maintenance and calibration of these systems are handled by our service engineers.
Produced Gasmet calibration systems and installations are assembled as completely as possible in our assembly workshop for internal acceptance, testing, and, if desired, a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with the client.
Our technicians can install and connect the system on-site at the customer location. Commissioning is performed by a commissioning engineer together with the customer (SAT). Training and instructions can be provided to the customer’s operational staff to familiarize them with the system and its operation.
If desired, the system can be remotely monitored in coordination with the customer and their IT/network specialist. Data logging can be local or cloud-based.
