Ravebo B.V. is a partner of Pollution srl for portable FID (Flame Ionization Detector) analyzers. The portable FID is mainly used for periodic emission control of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Carbon) determinations are also performed in accordance with EN 12619 using an FID analyzer, which requires the analyzer to be placed as close as possible to the measurement point.
The OneFID is the partner for FID measurements during periodic emission control. The unit is TÜV certified (EN15267-4:2024, EN12619:2013, and QAL1 as specified in EN14181), making it a reliable and robust solution for emission measurements. Thanks to an advanced injection system (patented technology), it is possible to simultaneously measure Total Organic Carbon and Methane concentration. The catalyst for determining Methane (MHC) and Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC) is thus integrated into the instrument.
The Polaris FID is the predecessor of the OneFID. This instrument only measures TOC. Data logging is integrated, and the Polaris also uses a hydrogen cartridge. The Polaris FID has 2 NiMH batteries, ensuring it remains at temperature when moving to the measurement location. The Polaris FID is designed for measurements in accordance with EN 12619 using a portable FID analyzer.
Ravebo stands for sustainable cooperation with its clients. Both within Ravebo and with our manufacturers, we work with short and direct lines — and that’s practical! We are happy to get started with your request for your application in measuring and monitoring dust and gases.
