Ravebo B.V. collaborates with the manufacturer Pollution srl to provide online solutions using Gas Chromatography (GC). For the separation column and optional pre-concentrator, they utilize MEMS technology. This enables the GC to be integrated as a compact unit or incorporated into a final product.
The Pyxis GC is a gas chromatograph (GC) designed for environmental monitoring of BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, and Xylene). The Pyxis GC BTEX accurately and selectively determines BTEX concentrations in ambient air. The instrument features a Micro GC and a MiniPID sensor. Every 10 minutes, the instrument provides a chromatogram along with the corresponding BTEX concentrations.
The Pyxis GC is equipped with the necessary interfaces for integration into your existing network or can be used with the Pollution Guardian cloud data analysis platform.
The Pico GC is an ATEX-certified process gas analyzer designed to determine the concentration of odorants in a gas distribution network. Gases such as natural gas and hydrogen are odorless and are given a scent by adding compounds like THT (tetrahydrothiophene). It is essential from a process standpoint that the gas contains the correct concentration of THT. Another commonly used odorant is TBM (tertiary butyl mercaptan). The Pico GC is a MicroGC equipped with a MicroTCD as its detector.
The Pico GC is equipped with all necessary interfaces for integration into our clients' existing industrial networks and can also be integrated with IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) for cloud-based applications.
