Commissioning, Service & Calibration
Proper installation is the first step towards optimal and efficient use of newly acquired analyser or detection systems. In consultation with you, we determine which services from Ravebo are needed. We can provide support during installation and commissioning with relevant documentation like technical drawings, instruction manuals etc. For complex measurement system, we ensure acceptance procedures such as FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) before delivery. We can also integrate your measurement system with an existing DCS/PLC system . We have the expertise and right experience to make smooth integration, ensuring continuous data recording and proper process control.
Maintenance and Calibration
Service and calibration of measuring equipment and gas analysis systems is one of Ravebo B.V.'s core specialties. We have extensive experience in equipment for measuring environmental emissions, process parameters, ambient conditions, and occupational health parameters. We often work with our clients based on long-term service agreements, which guarantee timely preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibrations.
Depending on the instrumentation or system, our well-trained specialists can perform the required service either on-site or at our fully equipped workshops. Timely maintenance and calibration contribute significantly to extending equipment lifespan.
We have over 30 years of experience in maintenance and calibration (both on-site and off-site). These years of experience have led to the development and custom production of measurement and analysis systems
Documentation and Certificates
After maintenance and calibration (and any adjustments), each instrument is provided with a calibration report, optionally with measurements at points specified by you. In addition to the report, you receive a logbook and, if desired, a checklist describing the work performed and the condition of the equipment. All inspections and calibrations are performed using measuring standards traceable to (inter)national standards.
Service Contracts
Since measuring instruments are often essential parts of your quality system or production process—and managing them can be time-consuming—Ravebo offers the option of a service contract. This provides assurance regarding:
- Monitoring of calibration and maintenance intervals, ensuring your quality system remains compliant;
- Minimal downtime so your instruments can be quickly put back into operation;
- A single point of contact for all your service-related questions;
- Optimal technical condition of your instruments. Based on service history, we can advise you on possible replacements and/or expected future repair costs.
Equipment Rental
We offer the option to rent following instruments and analysers:
- FTIR analyser with sampling system, probe, and heated line;
- FID analyser with probe and heated line;
- Sampling pump systems (Constant Flow / Isokinetic);
- Climate measurement sets for NEN-ISO 7730 compliance;
- Sound level meters with frequency analysis;
- Vibration meters for measuring hand-arm/whole-body exposure;
- Aerosol spectrometer for airborne particle/dust measurement.M.li>
Rental can optionally be combined with partial support and data analysis. This depends on your project and our availability and expertise. Prior to any rental, we will clearly coordinate the details with you.
