Service and calibration of measuring equipment and gas analysis systems is one of our core specialties: for environmental emissions, process parameters, ambient conditions and occupational health parameters. On site or in our workshop, with over 30 years of experience.
What we do
From commissioning to rental
Depending on the instrumentation or system, our well-trained specialists perform the required service either on site or at our fully equipped workshops.
Installation and commissioning
Proper installation is the first step towards optimal and efficient use of newly acquired analyser or detection systems. We support installation and commissioning or carry out the installation for you, with acceptance through FAT and SAT and integration with your existing DCS or PLC system, including technical drawings.
Maintenance and calibration
Timely preventive maintenance, inspections and calibrations, often laid down in a service agreement. Timely maintenance contributes to a longer lifespan of your equipment.
Documentation and certificates
After maintenance and calibration each instrument is provided with a calibration report, optionally at points specified by you, plus a logbook and, if desired, a checklist describing the work performed and the condition of the equipment.

For projects you can rent certain measuring equipment and analysers, optionally combined with support and data analysis.

Calibration
Calibrations for a wide range of equipment
All inspections and calibrations are performed using measuring standards traceable to (inter)national standards. Among other things, we calibrate:
- CEMS systems
- Gas analysers: NDIR, FTIR and FID
- Gas detection systems
- Sampling equipment for emission and workplace
- Sound level meters and vibration meters
- Climate meters (T, RH, CO₂, WBGT)
- Online dust measuring equipment and nano particle counters
Service contract
Assurance with a service contract
Since measuring instruments are often an essential part of your quality system or production process, and managing them can be time-consuming, Lechler offers the option of a service contract. This provides assurance regarding:
- Monitoring of calibration and maintenance intervals, so your quality system remains compliant
- Minimal downtime, so your instruments can quickly be put back into operation
- A single point of contact for all your service-related questions
- Optimal technical condition of your instruments
Based on the service history we can advise you on possible replacements and expected future repair costs.

Rent measuring equipment and analysers
For projects you can rent certain measuring equipment and analysers from us, optionally combined with partial support and data analysis. This depends on your project and our availability and expertise; prior to any rental we clearly coordinate the details with you.
Stationary systems
Service for stationary measuring systems
For permanently installed analysis and detection systems we provide maintenance, calibration and support on your site, often within a service agreement.
