Taking a reliable sample with a known volume is crucial for the accurate determination of the concentration of a specific component. For these applications, we supply reliable samplers — the Dadolab QB1. These are pressure-compensated constant flow sampling pumps housed in a single unit equipped with flow meters and a dry gas meter. This model is available in three versions with different pump capacities.

QB1, QB1e & QB1z

Different Models Available

  • QB1: This is the most basic model. It is a pump system housed in a single unit, which is simply switched on, and the desired flow rate is set using the adjustable flow meters.
  • QB1e: This model is similar to the QB1, but equipped with a unit for programming and data logging of the sampling process. The flow rate is measured and displayed electronically, allowing for quicker and more precise flow adjustment.
  • QB1z: These are constant flow pumps that are fully electronically controlled and adjusted. Simply input the desired flow rate, and the pump will regulate itself accordingly. Naturally, these pumps are fully programmable and equipped with data logging.

Battery

The QB1e and QB1z models can be supplied with a LiFePO4 battery (lithium iron phosphate). This allows for extended autonomous operation without the need for mains power.

Isokinetic Sampling

For measuring velocities and flow rates in the emission stream using a pitot tube, we supply the ST2 micromanometer. This unit is specifically developed for this application and also calculates the required pump flow rate setting for isokinetic sampling. When combined with the QB1 pumps, manual isokinetic sampling can be performed easily.

The QB1e and ST2 can be synchronized, making the entire process easy to follow using the Dadolab application for manual isokinetic sampling.

Automatic Isokinetic Sampling

Dadolab ST5

The Dadolab ST5 samplers are proven systems for performing automatic isokinetic sampling in practice. This product line includes sampling pumps that automatically monitor and maintain isokinetic conditions. The pumps are fully programmable and come with libraries for pitot tube data and measurement point conditions.

The ST5 LT is the most basic model: it performs isokinetic sampling through very simple control and with a minimum number of components.

The ST5 and ST5 Evo are models equipped with fast control, a powerful pump, and all additional features, such as the option to heat the sampling probe with filter housing. For the ST5 Evo, the suction pump is completely separated from the measurement and control system.
