Portable HP1 Gas Sampling Probe for Emission Measurements

Design and Functionality
The portable HP1 gas sampling probe is a very lightweight and compact probe designed for discontinuous gas emission measurements. During development, special attention was given to quick and practical setup and storage of the probe.
The intake tube is a 6 or 8 mm tube equipped with a compression fitting. It can be supplied in stainless steel AISI 316 or titanium as standard. This connects to the heated filter housing. An optional heated intake tube is available.
Filter Housing and Connection Options
The filter housing contains a high-surface area protection filter, which is easy to replace. The filter can be made of sintered stainless steel or fiber material. The heated filter housing includes a coupling construction to easily connect the heated sampling hose without causing cold spots. The hose itself is connected again using a 6 or 8 mm compression fitting.
The probe comes standard with a calibration inlet. Optionally, a connection for a second heated hose can be added. For example, both a FID and an FTIR analyzer could be connected simultaneously.
The HP1 gas sampling probe is available as a self-regulating system set to 180 °C, or adjustable using an external temperature controller.
